Returns & Exchanges

Please note that promotional items are not eligible for exchanges and returns.

Items Discrepancies

  • Please note that measurements may vary 0.5 – 0.7 inches due to measurement methods & manufacturing processes.
  • The true colour of an item may also vary slightly due to strong studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions.
  • Small imperfection like small black dots/ small stain and loose thread below 1cm) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of items will not considered as defect.
  • These aspects are not considered to be defects and are therefore non-eligible for return and exchange .

To be eligible for exchange, your exchange item/s must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original sold condition with its tags intact.
  • Our returns and exchanges policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear.
  • Tapas fashion decision on returns and exchanges are final.
  • Exchange will be available for 15 days from date of purchase.

Retail Exchange

You may exchange the items purchased online only at sunway pyramid store .

A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition.

Please note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items can only be exchange one time.

Online Exchange

We currently DO NOT offer exchanges for online orders.

Instead, we recommend you to return your item in exchange for store credits, following which, you may proceed to place a new order for your desired size/colour.

Please note that we do not bear the shipping and handling charges of returning the items.

Terms & Conditions for Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit is applicable for online purchase only.
  • Store credit may be used to offset the value of new purchases made online .
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They cannot be used for purchase of any gift vouchers.
  • Store credit will be given to you once return & exchange has been finalized via email.
  • Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require payment via online for the balance due.

Return Process for Online Purchases

Please Mail it back to our store
1. Please contact us within 5 calendar days after receiving your order.
2. Please wait for a confirmation email from us beforemailing the return item(s) back via a fully trackable shipping method.
3. Please note that,

  • Returns will only be refunded via store credits with a 6 month expiry date.
  • We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.
  • All returns must be received within 7 working days from the date the confirmation email was sent
  • The return will be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame.
  • All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective item(s).
  • Return without meeting the criteria will charged for RM10 for penalty such as worn ,washed no tag .
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our returns policy.
